A broker list an owners property for sale. If the broker does not discuss her brokerage relationship with the owner, the law presumes she is in a non-representative broker

    Explanation

A non-representative broker has no-fiduciary relationship with the either parties (i. e both the seller and the buyer). In this type of relationship the broker acts as a facilitator. When a broker is working with a customer but not representing them this is referred to as non-agency.
