They are very expensive and the reason for that is the investment that many rich business men from abroad have done in this place of NY city. the prices of selling can be on average $5.000 per square foot which is some 30% higher than the record price paid for a penthouse just a decade ago.

Yes they would be expensive, extremely expensive in fact. The reason is the high amount of value in New York City.
