Let'x' represent the pounds of $5.50 coffee used, then '150 - x represents the pounds of $2.50 coffee used.

    4.70 (150) = 5.50x+2.50 (150-x)

solving fo 'x' we have x=110

    150-110=40

40 pounds of $2.50 coffee should be blended with 110 pounds of $5.50 coffee
