Market Economy is the place which is govern by the law of supply and demand. There indeed are other factors as well but the basic factors still remain the supply and demand. Demand will operate the supply and this is how market economy works. There are consumers and businesses who manage the law of supply and demand. Businesses make the product or provide the service, consumers are willing to pay for that product or service, and Government is the entity that puts a check on the transparency and accuracy of the system. The government also regulates the market by imposing or de imposing some regulations or laws on the businesses as well as the consumers. This is what the role Consumers, Businesses and Government play in the Market Economy.
