Compliance with the law must be the first priority of the organization

    Explanation:

The company must fulfill its obligations as per the law and include all those features accordingly. This inclusion of feature would increase the cost of all the automobile company products so additional feature inclusion would be the differentiated product strategy, for which the customer will pay some extra bucks. So if the country is a poor country, then the automobile companies will consider its features cost impact on the customer. The consumers in Pakistan cannot bear the cost of air bags installed in their cars, which is the reason that the cars that are sold in Pakistan don't include this feature because this feature increases the cost of the product by almost 5-10%.

So it depends upon the situation and the customer demand. However, law is always the priority of the manufacturers otherwise they will end up with bad reputation in Public.
