    Social responsability leads to more profitability in the long-run

    Explanation:

    Social responsability brings prestige to a company, improving customer's preception of it, and loyalty to it. Social responsable companies can attract important investors who are only interested in ethical firms, and also new talent that wants to use their skills in highly specialized work that is compatible with social or enviromental goals.
