    if, in fact, μ = 21.6 hours, and the results of the sampling do not lead to rejection of that fact; or if, in fact, μ < 21.6 hours and the results of the sampling lead to that conclusion. H0: = 21.6 Ha: < 21.6 = 0.05 P value = 0.04 Since P value = 0.04 is less than = 0.05, Reject H0.
