This week we are learning about the 'employer' pension reporting requirements which are applicable to every governmental entity that offers a pension to its employees. At the employer level, what changes, if any, do you think should be made in Oregon to reduce the total pension liability that is reported at the government-wide level by local and special purpose governments?

On my view to diminish the benefits liability of govt, govt can attempt to

Hire the people from lower age gathering on the off chance that govt. do so the representatives will work for an extensive stretch and pension will just turn into a prize for their long and meritorious administration Increase the period of retirement for diminishing the liability of benefits govt can expand the period of retirement yet it will impact the productivity of division Cut commitment from representatives month to month compensation for future annuity and put resources into stock trade or ventures
