The answer is: Credit with all team members

When the credit for the success of the team only given to one person, it most likely create a situation when other team members felt that they are not being valued for their efforts. Sharing credit with all team members would make team members felt that their presence/effort matters.

Within the joint environment, cooperation requires team players, and the willingness to share credit with all team members.

When you work with a team to complete something, it is advised to make sure you share the credit with one another. Usually, no one person is doing more for the job than someone else and should equally be acknowledged for their hard work and efforts. All team members should be given praise and credit where it is due on their outcome.
