Weber can accept Laura's offer since there is no binding contract with Michelle.

    Explanation:

When a contract is being formed there are 3 stages. First there has to be an offer made by the offeror, there will be an acceptance by the offeree, and finally a binding contract will be made.

In this instance there was no binding contract between Weber and Michelle, so Weber can still accept Laura's offer of $10,000.
