You received a proposal for the following for a company with a "40 hour accounting" approach. They company indicates 15 full time positions will be needed to accomplish your contract and proposing 480 hours or non-exempt and 150 hours of exempt effort. No overtime rates are included in the proposal. If all workers in a class worked the same number of hours as the other workers in that class (exempt and non-exempt), which of the following would you determine from this proposal The number of positions proposed must be incorrect as none of the employees could work more than 40 hours a week Non exempt employees are working all the overtime Exempt employees are working 2 hours of uncompensated overtime a day All employees are working the same additional hours and being paid at time and a half See V 3, Chapter 7.3.4
