Use the cost-benefit analysis table to answer the question: Should Mrs. Baxter allow her students to take an open-book test?

    I can't see the cost-benefit analysis table. But depending on what results it gives the cost-benefits could be that if she allows them to use open-books they could have a great chance of high test scores and good results. In that same instance, it could hinder their education because they are not forced to memorize and recall the information.
