As a project manager of a large project, you have established and communicated the ground rules for the project to the project sponsor, the project team members, and the functional management. Once the ground rules have been established, who is responsible for enforcing the ground rules?

    Once the ground rules have been established it is the duty of the project manager, project team members, project sponsors and functional management to enforce all laid ground rules, and should there be any additional changes all concerned participants must be adequately informed prior time before any effect should be made
