Criticize (explain in writing) and then revise the following résumé bullets:

A. Know how to motivate a sales force. I have done it.

B. Experienced in screening applicants and selecting salespeople.

C. Know the pharmaceutical business from 11 years of experience.

D. Knowledgeable of realistic quota setting and incentives.

E. Proven leadership ability.

Criticisms - Words like 'know' should not be used in resume, resume bullet should clearly highlight the skill it is referring to. 'I have done' like first person sentences are also highly unprofessional & not recommended to be used.

A) Experienced in managing & motivating a sales force, with successful achievement of sales target

B) Performance & participation in recruitment & selection of an efficient salespeople personnel team

C) Expertise & Competence by long time diligent experience & exposure in pharmaceutical industry business

D) Managerial experience in dealing with quota setting & incentives

E) Led diverse projects & programs at various levels in organisation (s)
