In order to cut off someone from drinking further, after they have had enough of drink, the very first step is 'Early Intervention'. In this very step, the person is warned that if he/she drinks further, then there are chances that the people around won't like it and he/she would be asked to leave the place. Of course, this step should be taken only after examining the environment and surrounding for one's own security reasons.
