    Answer: The correct answer is choice b.

    Explanation: When making a presentation to a group of people there are some actions that the speaker does that makes them more effective than other speakers. In this case, the only choice which had the speaker acting favorably was in choice b. In this case, Nelson stands close to the audience to establish eye contact with them.
