What is the primary goal of cost allocation, and why should this (cost allocation) matter to a health services manager?

    The primary goal for the manager is the money because it pays his bills and it gets him rich and he is only basically doing the business to get money and not because he cares about people health cause no one does when it comes to business all they care about is the money not people,
