    e) customer service.

    a) this is a very good marketing strategy but it is oriented to develop an effective long term relationship between the customer and the company. Nevertheless, it doesn't target immediate profit and sales. But building a belonging and identification feeling.

    b) marketing mix is a marketing technique based on the product, price, place, and promotion. Which tries to find the perfect price of the sold product. However, it doesn't look to guarantee a sale.

    c) this is more than one strategy so it is incorrect. Also Both target long term relationships or "liking" not sales.

    d) this could be a very good one but it doesn't guarantee a selling scheme. So it is incorrect.

    e) this is the most effective marketing strategy in the modern era because depending on customer service. The sale is going to be executed. If the company has flexible employees that have customer service orientation, it will have more sales than all of the above. So this is the correct answer. Because human interaction in the transaction is the most determining factor in sales.
