    A. Manufacturing industries produce everything we use.

    Explanation:

The word 'Manufacturing' means production ultimately enabled by man for man.

Manufacturing is the core of the entire economic activity in a nation. Without manufacturing, there will be no service sector, whose main role is to service the manufacturing sector. Both the manufacturing and service sector are 2/3rd constituents of an economic system (Agriculture being the third). Hence, we can say that the economic growth of a nation is dependent on the state of Manufacturing sector in the economy.

That's why manufacturing matters to me because Manufacturing industries produce everything we use, on which the entire economy functioning depends.
