    One of the key demerits of this model is that the decisions made are just enough for the organization to get by but are not very quality and thus may impact negatively on the bottom-line of the organization when compared to the Economic model (also known as the Rational/Classical Model).

    Some benefits of the administrative model are:

    1. It compensates for quality by saving time. Less time is required to make decisions under this model;

    2. It requires less resources. An Ideal solution will often require more resources. It is therefore cheaper.
