The smaller the standard deviation, the more likely the ages given will cluster near the mean. The Giants likely have mostly younger swimmers, given that their mean age was only 14, and the deviation was low. The dolphins have a mean age of 18 and a similarly low standard deviation. Thus, I would feel very confident stating that most swimmers on the Giants team are probably the youngest, and that the Dolphins probably have the swim team with the oldest swimmers. The other two teams likely fall in the middle range, but may have a wider range of ages due to their higher deviations.
