    The more important to team performance is the surface level because with surface level the standards that contribute to the impression of being strong and well-founded than those alterations companion with deep-level diversity. The face that surface-level diversity seems to be more direct, measurable and observable would make sure more credibility to team performance. In addition, diversity can produce a competitive advantage for a firm by improving their awareness, critical thinking and problem solving would be key in improving a competitive improvement, building up innovation and the acceptance to those variations will be very significant to produce a competitive improvement.
