What is the impact on the salesperson's broker when the salesperson's violations are brought to the attention of the real estate commission? The broker who employeed the sales person could be repremanded because he/she did not follow the supervising requirements. If the supervisor is in trouble, that could lead to the real estate commission taking away their rights.
