The answer is (D) goods produced by citizens of the country who are currently overseas.

Gross domestic product (GDP) can be defined as the total value of goods and services produced in a particular country, over a given period of time. It doesn't matter if it's produced by her citizens or foreigners, as long as it is within the boundaries of a particular country, their production is included in that country's GDP.

For example, the BMW Group is a German company, however, cars manufactured in the United States are included as part of the United States GDP, it will not be calculated for Germany.

Therefore, goods produced by citizens of a country, who are currently overseas will be counted to the GDP of the country where the goods are produced.
