What are three critical questions that a firm needs to address to sustain a competitive advantage through information technology?

    1). The competitive advantage in IT, is security. IT is supposed to keep all internet information thru that company, private. Usually makes an IT tech. sign a legal waiver, to not share a company's info.

    2). email security is also important to protect employees and company from opening email that is unfamiliar. This could import private company info. to hackers, competitors, and viruses.

    3). Never share your company's info. outside work area. This also includes, ss#'s, phone #'s or information that can violate HIPPA laws, especially in the medical field.
