    Marketing: none of these alternatives is correct because it is the discipline dedicated to analyzing the behavior of markets and consumers. Marketing analyzes the commercial management of companies or businesses in order to capture, retain and loyalty customers by giving them what they want or need, not the creation of new needs, much less make the customer a puppet.
