Describe the three cultural differences that you think are most important to consider when dealing with business people from different cultures. Why are these differences especially important?

    Language: Is the number one barrier for communication, in order to achieve goals it is mandatory that team can have a strong communication, Thus, when abroad it is important to consider how the language can become a problem for doing business.

    Span of control: This is the level of independency of a person on an organization. This means if a person must go over his boss to deal with every problem or if he can solve them by itself. there are cultures were employees must be aligned all the time with their bosses and there are others that have an informal communication between hierarchy levels therefore is easier to take fast decisions.

    Punctuality finally the punctuality sense is really important in a culture as it tend to differ among countries. Meetings, due dates and so on could be flexible depending on the country you are working.
