Jim manages a small factory that produces circuit boards. Jim operates from the belief that a good product creates demand.     Explanation: Jim has adopted the production orientation which is approach of any business that is concerned primarily with the manufacturing and production processes. Jim focuses and develops products based on quality, while ignoring his customer's needs. By following the production orientation Jim believes the quality of his products, and the products will sell themselves; that his company can sell any product if the quality is good enough and so on.
