This statement is correct : Curtis's packaging term is an additional term and therefore a part of the contract unless Office Plus promptly objects to the term

    Explanation:

The packaging terms of Curtis form an additional term to the contract and must be followed by Office Supply.

A contract is legally binding agreement between two or more parties.
