The growing competition and the business globalization makes it important for the companies to rethink and improve their HRM practices, so as to adjust them to the local environments they operate in and get the best result out of it. The practice of recontextualization briefly states the transferring of HRM practices and changing them according to the nature of the business in the environment it operates in to adjust itself to the cultural and institutional norms followed in that country. The modification of the business processes is often well planned and studied in advance in contrast tovarious characteristic of the place of business, adapting to the society and culture of the country of operation.
