As I search for an employer I look for somebody who can offer me medical coverage for me/and my family. disabilities coverage if and when I get hurt. And L ife insurance or retirement benefits. I believe the best would be paid time off and fringe benefits. Benefits can be quite valuable. I search for employers who I can work for, but work for and be able to trust and be safe with. Employers give out benefits if they know they won't have to use them often, because of its business. But That assures my safety and support to me. I find comfort in the business industries like that. That's what I look for in an employer.
