How good nutrition is related to the other components of personal fitness?

    As the saying goes, you are what you eat. Eating balance diet regularly allows the body system to get all the diverse nutrients that it needs for optimum growth and wellness. When a good diet is in place, it reflects on all other area of one's life especially in personal fitness. The body system will be well equipped to adequately defend the body and to function maximally. For instance, mental capacity to think and apply judgement will be sound because the brain is at its best. And this in turn will enhance one's integration into the society, because one's confidence too will be positively affected. In short, good nutrition determines what we become and what become of us.
