    TRUE

    Explanation:

Yes, it is very much true. As William is starting an advertising agency and is considering several names for his agency. In choosing a brand name (i. e., company name), it should convey information about the benefits of the brand rather than simply representing the name of the person founding the brand. Brand should be easy to pronounce, it should be easy to recall as well. It is not necessary that it should be based on the name of its founder, it can be based on the founder's name but its not a must condition (as Honda, has been named after its founder). Brand name should persuade the customers to purchase it, it should be short, catchy and exciting as well. It should be easy to transferable to the all products of the organization.
