A technician has connected a USB printer to a workstation and shared the printer on the local workstation for other users on the network to utilize. The technician successfully printed a test print from the printer's console and the workstation that the printer is physically connected to. After leaving the customer's site, the technician received a call from the customer stating no one other than the local user can print to the printer. Each time they attempt to print, they receive an "Access Denied" message.
