In a perpetual inventory system sales are recorded as soon as possible through computers and software and therefore the system discloses the amount of inventory continuously because it is recording and reporting every time inventory declines because of sales or inventory increases because of buying new raw materials, that is how it continuously discloses the amount of inventory.
