    Temporary disability claims

    Explanation:

Temporary disability claims are paid to workers who are not able to carry out their work as a result of work related injuries or sickness until he fully recovers from the injury.

In a situation where the injured staff resume work before he fully recovers, he can be assigned to another position where he can conveniently perform considering his health status until he is able to rake over his incumbent roles.

He is also entitled to temporary partial disability benefits if he earns less in that position.
