The main barrier to her learning the job tasks is the fact that she feels intimitated by computers. She has the support of the HR director, and years of experience, for this reason she will probably be given a reasonable time for her to adjust and feel comfortable with the new systems. However, if she fails to adapt in a reasonable amount of time, she will probably be dismissed.
