    Sabra is planning on running transit advertising on the outside of buses in 5 major cities for 1 month. Each bus costs $125 for each week. Their plan is to advertise on 50 buses in each city, what would be the total cost?

    The total cost required for the adverts would be $ 125,000

    Explanation:

    Given the;

    cost of advertising each bus = $125 / wk

    Number of buses in each city = 50

    Duration of advertising = 1 mth. = 4 wks

    Number of cities = 5

    Calculating the weekly cost for the whole buses

    $125 x 50 = $ 6250

    $ 6250 is the cost of advertising the 50 buses in a city for one week.

    For the cost of advertising in the whole city, in one week we have,

    $ 6250 x 5 = $ 31250

    The total cost to run the advertisement for four weeks would be;

    $ 31250 x 4 = $ 125,000

    Therefore the total cost required to run the advert would be $ 125,000
