    I would talk about his skills which our company values most and address his key skills which also includes "why one must have those skills?". Then I will encourage other workers to learn those skills from him and I will also encourage the overseas employee to teach them. By doing so, Mr. A (Overseas Employee) will have new friends and a strong hold on English language as well. This is how we can develop professional attitude at the work place and learn something that will benefit in the long term, both to the company and in the future career.
