In any economic system, the question of what to make, how to make it, and who gets the final product must be addressed. in a free-market economy, who determines the answer to this question?

    A market economy is one which is controlled by the forces of demand and supply. In a market economy the question of what to produce it determined by the consumers' preference, the question of how to produce is determined by the producer and the question of who get the final product is determined by the purchasing power of the consumers.
