    Explanation:

    Every time the manufacturer cannot create the exact version of a product which the consumer creates in his mind, and expects from the manufacturer to provide the same product.

    For this the manufacturer or the seller shall exercise due care, that represents the fact that the consumer shall feel satisfied with the product the manufacturer actually offers.

    Although it might not be same, as what the buyer thinks of, but the manufacturer should be willing to accept the fact, and still provide something satisfying and useful.
