    an express warranty

    Explanation:

An express warranty is stated as the warranty which is expressly communicated by the seller, it might be a verbal or a written communication.

    It does not impact.

In the given instance also, the car manufacturer provides assurance for the windshield that will not brake, even in case of any strong impact.

But as the owner was driving he witnesses that the windshield broke off because of some small rock.

Now since the statement of seller is not correct, it is a breach of a warranty.

Here, warranty was an expressed warranty from the seller.
