    aaron's decision about which torch to purchase is being made under conditions of price. because the manager wants less expenditure so he will authorize for the cheap one but it doesn't always depends on price. The manager will look at the quality of torch and the requirement of aaron and whether he can fulfill the expense of torch by the work or not.
