    Explanation:

    The reason is that the person has a right that he must be told about the situation and why she is interrogated and also that she can stay silent if she desires. This set of practice while in the possession is the Miranda doctrine and doesn't falls under the business law because it is the basic right under the fifth amendmend of constitution of America.
