I believe the answer is: Medical and Dental coverage

According to the data provided by bureau statistic, more than 53% companies offer to cover at least 90% of Medical and Dental coverage for the employees.

The way it works is that by the time the employees receive their payment, some part of it would be cut in order to be allocated for company's health insurance plan so the company would pass the responsibility to an insurance company.

Aside from the worker's hourly pay rate, he/she should receive medical and dental coverage benefits from his/her employer
