    Establishing foreign exchange rates:

A floating exchange rate does not necessarily mean any currency is backed by a capital. A regulated floating exchange rate sets current international exchange rates. A regulated floating exchange rate implies that the value of every currency is determined by its government or central banks economic behaviour.

The exchange levels of market forces in international currency markets were calculated by the international market. Therefore the price will increase if the current price is high. It will lower the price of the currency if the demand is low.

Naturally, several technological and basic considerations can decide what people perceive to be a fair exchange rate and therefore adjust their supply and demand.
