    If you were offered a job what should you consider?

    There are so many things to be considered when being offered a job, although it is subjective but rather there is universal thing that is common to most job seekers. The following shows those factors that must be considered;

    The type of job: This has to do with what the company or organization does, there are times what is being advertised by companies is quite different from what they do after employees have been offered a job. The type of job must suit employee's area of interest or area where they could easily get acclimatized as time goes on

    Renumeration: This has to do with the amount to be paid to employee, in most cases this must have been discussed during interview and if it was not then the employee need to ask in order to know whether to accept such offer or not depending on employees's satisfaction.

    Productivity: This entails the growth of the employee in such job or their growth, in most cases employees decline offer where their productivity is below what they envisage to have, In some cases, employees takes job opportunity to meet immediate needs where they would not consider this but it is a great factor considered by employees before taking a job offer.

    Occupational Health Hazard: This involves the risk in such job if it is worth the renumeration to be offered, in most cases employees consider this in order to ascertain if there is any health benefit in case of challenges as regards their health.

    Working Environment: It involves the vicinity where the activities of such company are being carried out, most employees loves a comfortable and safe environment in order to give maximum efficiency in their job.
