    The employees with criminal backgrounds collectively need to face stiff competition with the normal employees who are qualified as well. But it also posed the situation of advantage to the business ventures to hire the inmates with less salary rather than paying more compensation to the normal employees with good exposure. So It is not true said fact that the concept of private companies neglecting the work-release inmates by promising job offers.
