A weighted average of the overall score measures the relative importance of each measure. These tests are norm-referenced, and this implies that the test compares the performance of each test taker to others

The format of the test is such that it is rated and individuals just have to tick the frequency of their performance. This makes the process less time-consuming. Raters do not also have to undergo intensive training to be able to administer these tests.
