In case of free market economic system, the price of any particular product is determined by interaction of demand and supply. If the demand is high, then the prices will be higher and if the demand is low then the prices will be low. In case of iphones, the demand is reducing because many of its competitors are able to provide the same feature phone at a lower rate. Hence, the price of iphone is falling.
